SpeedFest Country 2024
SpeedFest Country presented by CountryLine Radio returns to celebrate the best of the genre at SpeedFest Brands Hatch. With the promise of another impressive lineup, the two day festival is geared up to deliver a fantastic encore of cowboy vibes, bringing back the magic that made the inaugural year such a hit.
Saturday night's bill topper are Ward Thomas, British country music duo consisting of twin sisters Catherine and Lizzy Ward Thomas, known for their harmonious vocals. The band have been called "Britain's first country stars". Cartwheels, their second studio album became the first album by a UK country act to reach number one on the UK Albums Chart.
Sunday sees Alyssa Bonagura top the bill. A songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, Alyssa has spent the past decade fine-tuning a sound that reaches far beyond her Nashville roots.
The lineup also includes:
- Jade Heliwell - a talented British singer-songwriter who gained recognition for her captivating voice and heartfelt songwriting. Known for her roots in country and folk music, Heliwell has garnered a dedicated fan base with her soulful performances and emotive lyrics.
- Gasoline & Matches - The two-time British CMA ‘Duo of the Year’ and Birmingham Music Awards ‘Best Folk/Country Act’ are a high energy, guitar driven duo, hailing from Birmingham.
- Eric & Jensen - Two brothers, born and raised on the outskirts of the cultural city of Cambridge, influenced by country, blues, soul and a little southern rock music.
- Emilia Quinn - Spanning from badass anthems to heart-felt ballads, Emilia reaches deep into her soul and presents it with astonishing honesty on stage and in her records.
- Eddy Smith - his infectious melodies and soulful song-writing has drawn comparisons to the likes of Joe Cocker, JJ Grey and Marcus King to name a few.
- The Jackson Line - Keith Porter and Jamie Cook deliver a modern take on classic Country and Americana. Storytelling, harmonies and guitars are at the heart of what they do.
- Emily Faye - A talented singer-songwriter from London, whose music beautifully combines elements of Nashville’s country sound with the charm of the English countryside.
Access to the live music area of the venue will be available at no extra cost to ticket holders on both days of the event. This is the latest expansion of the popular SpeedFest extravaganza, which will feature bill-topping race action from the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series (NWES), the only officially sanctioned stock car series of its kind on this side of the Atlantic.
