About The Often Herd: Hailing from the heart of Newcastle Upon Tyne, The Often Herd stands out as a beacon of talent in the UK’s Bluegrass, Americana, and Roots scene. Their music transcends traditional boundaries, creating a transatlantic sound that’s deeply colored by the natural and industrial landscapes of Northern England. Winners of the European Band Contest at La Roche Bluegrass Festival in 2018, their unique approach has captivated audiences across the continent.
