Welshpool Country Music Festival

The Welshpool Country Music Festival is an annual event that celebrates country music and culture in the scenic Powis Castle Showground. The festival features live performances by some of the best country artists from the UK and abroad, such as John Permenter, Clint Bradley, The Breeze, and The Hicksters . The festival also offers a variety of activities and attractions for the whole family, such as a quick draw contest, a trilogy march, a western dress code, and a visit to the nearby Powis Castle . The festival is a fund raising event for the Heulwen Trust, a charity that provides free boat trips for people with disabilities and special needs in the area,

The festival takes place over a weekend in July, and tickets include camping on site. The festival is a great way to enjoy country music and support a good cause in a beautiful location .
