The Ginistry started out as an artisan gin van hired out as a beautiful vintage gin and tonic bar for weddings, festivals and events, run by brothers Andrew and David Graves. Having toured the country for several years, spreading the gin spirit wherever possible, we happened upon a small, but perfectly formed retail site in Oxted, Surrey, and knew that we had found the perfect spot for a permanent gin bar - our spiritual home!
