Joe Bonamassa Revealed As UK Festival Exclusive Friday Headliner, Alongside Previously Announced Sheryl Crow
New to the bill on Friday 14th June is UK festival exclusive headline act, guitar virtuoso Joe Bonamassa, as well as singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist BC Camplight, Damian Lewis, Dale Watson & His Lonestars, Portland, Oregon’s The Delines and Eli Paperboy Reed. This follows alongside a fresh set of acts announced for the festival’s Western AF Takeover, which will feature Kristina Murray, Todd Day Wait and Pat Reedy.
Further new names added to the line-up include Dylan Leblanc, Texan storyteller Jarrod Dickenson, Alyssa Bonagura, Icelandic musician Arny Margret, Nat Myers, Zandi Holup and Henry Webb-Jenkins.
They’ll all feature alongside previously announced acts such as Seasick Steve, a UK festival exclusive from Hermanos Gutiérrez, The Shires, Courtney Barnett, The Staves and Villagers, alongside some of the best in fast-rising talent including Dylan Gossett, Nottingham’s Divorce, Michele Stodart, songwriting duo Prima Queen, and Lana Del Ray collaborator Holly Macve.

Celebrating five years of the event, Black Deer Festival continues to welcome a diverse range of names to Kent’s Eridge Park, partnering with The Independent for the second year running.
Appearing for a UK Festival Exclusive in 2024, Friday 14th June’s headliner Joe Bonamassa is an American blues rock guitarist, singer, and songwriter of iconic status. He’s topped the Billboard Blues Albums Chart an unprecedented 26 times, he also has three Grammy Award nominations to his name and began his career before he was even a teenager when he opened for the legendary B.B. King. Bringing his guitar wielding expertise to this year’s Black Deer Festival, the crowd are in for a real treat as they have the chance to witness one of the world’s finest musicians today.
First announced in November last year was the major headline announcement of Sheryl Crow. The international country superstar will take to the park’s main stage on Saturday 15th June. Fans can expect to enjoy a career-spanning set from the nine-time Grammy Award winner, who was recently inducted into the globally esteemed Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
