Country in the Woods 2026 CANCELLED
Unfortunately due to a lack of ticket sales we are sad to say Country In The Woods has been cancelled.
The team said in a statement:
We have only ever set out to break even, this was done purely for the love of country music.
If you have purchased tickets via Eventbrite a refund has already been issued to you, if you have purchased physical tickets bring them into Matt at The Barbers and he will process your refunds.
We are genuinely gutted but this is the reality facing a lot of events at this time.

A brand-new country music experience is coming to the heart of Shropshire. Country In The Woods invites you to step off the beaten path and into a day of live music, nature, and community—set beneath the leafy canopy of Wellness Woodland.
The full lineup is still growing, but we’re thrilled to welcome four standout UK artists to the stage:
- Laura Aston – known for her powerhouse vocals and heartfelt ballads
- Pete Hubbard – blending classic country tones with modern edge
- Becky Tate – bringing soulful storytelling and acoustic warmth
- Guy Surtees – delivering rootsy charm and lyrical finesse
More artists will be announced soon, and applications are now open for local country musicians looking to join the bill. If you’ve got songs to share and stories to tell, we want to hear from you.
