Garth Brooks brings his Irish Tour 2027 to a spectacular conclusion with two major concerts at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh in Cork on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 June. The performances complete an extraordinary run of ten stadium shows across five Irish cities, marking the country music legend’s return to Ireland following his historic five-night residency at Dublin’s Croke Park in September 2022.
Brooks’ relationship with Ireland is one of the great success stories of international country music. With Irish roots through his mother, Colleen Carroll, the Oklahoma-born superstar has maintained a deep affection for the country since his first Irish performances in 1994. His concerts at Croke Park in 1997 helped cement his popularity, while his long-awaited return in 2022 attracted approximately 400,000 fans across five sold-out nights. The scale of those performances demonstrated just how deeply his music has become embedded in Irish popular culture.

A defining figure in modern country music, Brooks has sold more than 200 million albums in the United States and built a catalogue filled with songs that have become international favourites. Friends in Low Places, The Dance, If Tomorrow Never Comes, The Thunder Rolls and Callin’ Baton Rouge remain central to his live shows, combining powerful storytelling with the infectious energy that has made him one of the world’s most celebrated concert performers.
For the 2027 tour, Brooks has chosen to take his music around Ireland, visiting Belfast, Galway, Kilkenny, Limerick and finally Cork. The two closing concerts at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh promise to provide a fitting finale to this remarkable journey, bringing his unmistakable voice and larger-than-life stage presence to one of Ireland’s most impressive outdoor venues.
Whether experiencing Garth Brooks live for the first time or returning after the unforgettable Croke Park concerts, country music fans in Cork can look forward to a major summer music occasion and the closing chapter of his eagerly anticipated Irish Tour.
