Garth Brooks Limerick 2027

Country music superstar Garth Brooks heads to Limerick for two spectacular outdoor concerts at TUS Gaelic Grounds on Friday 11 and Saturday 12 June 2027. Part of his newly announced ten-date Irish Tour, the performances bring one of the world’s most successful country entertainers to the Treaty City for a weekend that promises to celebrate both his extraordinary musical legacy and his enduring connection with Ireland.

Brooks has enjoyed a remarkable relationship with Irish audiences since his first performances in Dublin in 1994. With Irish ancestry on his mother’s side, the Oklahoma-born singer has frequently expressed his affection for the country, describing the enthusiasm of Irish music fans as something truly special. His 1997 Croke Park concerts became part of Irish country music history, while his return to the stadium for five sold-out nights in September 2022 drew approximately 400,000 fans.

His appeal extends well beyond traditional country music audiences. With songs such as The Dance, Friends in Low Places, The River, The Thunder Rolls and If Tomorrow Never Comes, Brooks has created a catalogue that crosses generations and musical boundaries. His concerts are famous for combining emotional acoustic moments with energetic performances and enormous audience singalongs, turning stadium shows into shared celebrations.

The Limerick dates continue Brooks’ decision to bring his 2027 tour directly to fans around Ireland rather than returning exclusively to Dublin. TUS Gaelic Grounds, one of Munster’s best-known sporting venues, will provide the backdrop for two major summer concerts as the tour approaches its final weekend.

For Irish country music fans, the chance to see Garth Brooks performing in Limerick represents another chapter in a relationship that has helped make him one of the country’s most beloved international performers.

Tickets go on sale Thursday 12 November 2026 at 8am through Ticketmaster Ireland.
