Welsh singer-songwriter and slide guitarist Martin Harley brings his acclaimed blend of roots music, blues, folk, and Americana to Coulsdon as part of his Martin Harley UK Tour 2026. Known for his emotive slide guitar work and soulful vocals, Harley has earned praise from The Guardian for his “spellbinding” performances and was hailed by Roots Magazine as “a slide guitar master.”

With a career spanning more than twenty years, Harley has captivated audiences worldwide and released several celebrated albums. His latest album, Morning Sun, released in October 2024, showcases his finest songwriting to date. Produced by Nigel Stonier, it features contributions from Michael Blair, Mark Lewis, and Chris (CJ) Hillman. The album underscores Harley’s ongoing evolution as an artist rooted deeply in the traditions yet forward-looking in his musical storytelling.

Harley’s live shows have won acclaim and taken him to prestigious venues like London’s Union Chapel and festivals such as Glastonbury and the Royal Albert Hall. His music has also reached wider audiences through television placements on shows like The Vampire Diaries and Banshee. He recently expressed gratitude to his fans, sharing, “A huge thank you for supporting me. Four shows are sold out and many more are set to do the same. I’m very thankful to be able to play music for a living and I couldn’t do it without you. See you soon.”
