Martin Harley UK Tour 2026

Welsh singer-songwriter and slide guitarist Martin Harley returns to Scarborough as part of his Martin Harley UK Tour 2026. Celebrated for his masterful blending of blues, folk, and Americana, Harley has spent over two decades honing a distinctive roots music sound underscored by his expressive slide guitar work and deeply soulful vocals. His live performances have drawn acclaim from The Guardian, which called them “spellbinding,” and Roots Magazine, which hailed him as “a slide guitar master.”

Harley’s latest album, Morning Sun, released in October 2024, showcases some of his finest songwriting to date. Produced by Nigel Stonier, the record features notable contributions from musicians such as Michael Blair, Mark Lewis, and Chris (CJ) Hillman, reinforcing Harley’s stature as a significant figure in contemporary roots and Americana circles. This album continues a distinguished line of acclaimed releases, including 2019’s Roll With the Punches and 2017’s Static in the Wires.

Throughout his career, Martin Harley has packed esteemed venues ranging from London’s Union Chapel to the Royal Albert Hall and has been a featured act at major festivals like Glastonbury. His music has also reached wider audiences through placements in television series like The Vampire Diaries and Banshee. On his enthusiasm for this tour, Martin shared with fans:

“A huge thank you for supporting me. Four shows are sold out and many more are set to do the same. I’m very thankful to be able to play music for a living and I couldn’t do it without you. See you soon.”
