Ward Thomas December Tour 2026

The Ward Thomas December Tour 2026 offers an immersive experience into the contemporary British country-pop scene, brought to life by Ward Thomas, the acclaimed English duo of twin sisters Catherine and Lizzy Ward Thomas. Hailing from Hampshire, this pair has been lauded as “Britain’s first country stars,” a testament to their pioneering role in defining a distinctly British approach to country music. Their music, as fellow country singer Crissie Rhodes of The Shires points out, resonates with audiences by weaving American country soundscapes with lyrics deeply grounded in British experiences, creating a unique connection for fans on both sides of the Atlantic.

Ward Thomas made history with their second studio album, Cartwheels, which became the first album by a UK country act to top the UK Albums Chart, surpassing previous records and earning a silver certification. This achievement underscored their widespread appeal within the UK country music landscape. Over the years, they have collaborated with an eclectic mix of artists, including Cam, Jack Savoretti, and James Blunt, broadening their reach and embracing a crossover appeal that fans of Carrie Underwood, Sugarland, and LeAnn Rimes will find particularly engaging.

Recently, they released the evocative single “Patience” in August 2024, a concise offering that encapsulates their mature and melodic country-pop style. This fresh release affirms Ward Thomas’ ongoing evolution and relevance in the genre.
