Bellah Mae is a British singer-songwriter from Solihull, England, known for her unique blend of pop melodies and country-inspired storytelling. Growing up in a musical family, she began writing songs at the age of eight, inspired by her father, who taught her to play guitar, and her grandfather, a rock and roll session musician. She also trained as a classical soprano for over a decade, honing her vocal skills.
At 18, Bellah Mae began traveling to Nashville, mentored by Dolly Parton's manager, and felt an immediate connection to the city's music scene. The 2020 pandemic prompted her to remain in London, where she focused on songwriting, combining infectious pop melodies with the vivid storytelling characteristic of country music. Her music quickly gained traction, amassing over 100 million streams.
In March 2026, Bellah Mae signed with Sony Music Nashville and released her single 'Love Me Less,' co-written with Brigetta Truitt and Brett Truitt. The song delves into the vulnerability of revealing one's true self in a relationship. She followed this with the EP 'Keep It Peachy' on May 29, 2026, featuring tracks like 'Fast Lane,' 'Kiss My Levi's,' and 'Salt and Sugar.' The EP showcases her ability to blend pop production with subtle country textures, reflecting themes of love, heartbreak, and personal growth.
