Blackberry Smoke is a country rock band from Atlanta, Georgia, that has been making music since 2000. The band consists of Charlie Starr (lead vocals, guitar), Richard Turner (bass, backing vocals), Brit Turner (drums), Paul Jackson (guitar, backing vocals), and Brandon Still (keyboards).
They have released seven studio albums, two live albums and five extended plays, and have topped the Billboard Country Albums chart twice with their albums Holding All The Roses (2015) and Like An Arrow (2016). They have also collaborated with artists such as Gregg Allman, Jamey Johnson, and Zac Brown Band.
Blackberry Smoke's sound is influenced by Southern rock, blues, hard rock, and jam band genres, but they have a strong country identity and roots. They are known for their energetic live shows and their loyal fan base.
They have toured extensively across the US, Europe, Australia, and South America, and have shared the stage with legends like Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top, and Guns n' Roses. They are currently signed to their own label, 3 Legged Records. Their latest album, You Hear Georgia, was released in 2021.
