Brent Cobb, born in 1986, in Americus, Georgia, is a celebrated American country music singer-songwriter. Raised in the nearby town of Ellaville, Cobb's musical journey began early, influenced by his father, who was both an appliance repairman and a rock band member. At just seven years old, Brent made his vocal debut, performing Tim McGraw's "Don't Take the Girl" with his father's band at a local festival. His passion for music continued to grow, leading him to front a local band called Mile Marker 5 during his teenage years.
Cobb's career took a significant turn when he moved to Nashville in 2008, encouraged by country star Luke Bryan. Initially working as a photo developer, he soon secured a songwriting contract with Carnival Music Publishing. Over the years, Cobb has penned songs for numerous country artists, including Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, and Kenny Chesney.
