Chuck Ragan is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist, renowned for his work in punk rock and folk music. Born in 1974, Ragan first gained prominence as a co-frontman of the influential punk band Hot Water Music, which he joined in 1994. Known for their raw energy and heartfelt lyrics, the band became a cornerstone of the punk scene, releasing several acclaimed albums before disbanding in 2005. Ragan then embarked on a solo career, embracing a more acoustic and folk-inspired sound that showcased his versatility as an artist.

In addition to his solo work, Ragan is the visionary behind The Revival Tour, a collaborative acoustic event that brings together punk, bluegrass, and alt-country performers. Launched in 2008, the tour has featured notable artists such as Frank Turner, Brian Fallon, and Laura Jane Grace, emphasising grassroots music and honest storytelling. Ragan's dedication to authenticity and community-building has made The Revival Tour a beloved fixture in the music world, reflecting his commitment to connecting with audiences on a deeper level.

Beyond music, Ragan is also an avid fly fisherman and runs a successful fishing operation in Grass Valley, California.
