Henry Ray
Singer-Songwriter
Henry Ray is a New Mexico born, UK based country rock artist carrying the soul of the Southwest across the Atlantic. With Mexican and Chiricahua Apache roots, he brings desert grit, honky tonk heart and rock and roll rebellion to every stage he steps onto. His sound was forged through decades on the road, including ’90s shows supporting Southern rock icons like Blackfoot, Molly Hatchet and Bon Jovi, giving his music a lived in authenticity that cuts straight through.
His 2024 EP This Old Thing features standout tracks such as Whiskey Bottle, The River and Long Way Down. Each song tells a story of heartbreak, resilience and redemption, wrapped in slide guitars, smoky barroom soul and the raw honesty of Americana. The EP captures the spirit of a songwriter who has walked the long way around and learned to turn every scar into something worth singing.

Known for high energy live shows with his band El Toro, Henry Ray has become a powerful presence within the UK’s grassroots music scene. Whether he is delivering a full throttle country rock set or a slow burning moment of reflection, he brings the same fire and conviction. With new audiences discovering him across the country, Henry Ray is proving that the spirit of the Southwest travels well and still hits hard.
