Jackson Dean is an American country music singer and songwriter who was born on October 6, 2000 in Odenton, Maryland. He has a gritty and old-school style of country that blends influences from rock, blues and soul.
He moved to Nashville in 2018 and signed with Big Machine Records in 2021. He released his self-titled debut EP in 2021, which featured the song "Wings". He gained attention with his singles "Don't Come Lookin'" and "Fearless (The Echo)" in 2022, which both charted on the Billboard Country Airplay chart.
He also released his debut album Greenbroke in 2022, which showcased his honest and heartfelt storytelling. He has opened for artists like Luke Bryan, Eric Church and Jon Pardi and performed at various festivals and venues across the US and UK.
