Jamie Floyd is a Nashville-based, two-time Grammy-nominated independent songwriter and recording artist. Known for her versatility, Jamie has written songs for a wide array of artists, including Kelly Clarkson, Kesha, Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys, Miranda Lambert, Ronnie Dunn, and many more.
Jamie grew up in West Palm Beach, Florida, in a family of professional musicians, which greatly influenced her unique style of guitar playing and singing. Her critically acclaimed debut EP, "Sunshine & Rainbows," features "The Blade," a song that earned her first Grammy nomination and was named one of the best songs of 2015 by The New York Times, Billboard Magazine, and NPR.
In addition to her success in the music industry, Jamie has also made significant contributions to film and television, with her work appearing in shows like "Nashville" and "The Client List". She continues to tour and write music, recently releasing her latest single, "Did You Ever," in August 2024.
