Kaspar ‘Berry’ Rapkin is a passionate blues musician whose journey into the world of music began at the age of 12. Born in London and later moving to Hertfordshire, Kaspar's love for vintage blues was ignited when he discovered Stevie Ray Vaughan's "Pride and Joy" on Guitar Hero. This pivotal moment set him on a path of musical exploration and self-discovery. A family friend gifted him his first guitar, challenging him to learn how to play, and Kaspar embraced the challenge wholeheartedly. His dedication to the craft led him to New Orleans at 18, where he performed at B.B. King's Blues Club and caught the attention of producer Harold Marcho, who invited him back to the States to record his debut single, "Sailing".

Kaspar's musical style is deeply rooted in traditional Delta blues, yet he brings a fresh and original twist to the genre. He often performs with his band, Kaspar & The Swamp Dogs, which features Ian Davidson on bass or cello and Mia Casey on drums or washboard. Together, they create a dynamic and electrifying sound that resonates with audiences. Kaspar also performs as a duo with Ian Davidson or as a solo artist, showcasing his versatility and raw talent. His performances are characterized by a balance of tone and aggression, and his ability to jam across styles while maintaining originality has earned him a reputation as a standout musician.
