Lukas Nelson is a singer, songwriter, guitarist, actor, and composer who was born on December 25, 1988 in the USA. He is the son of country music legend Willie Nelson and grew up in Austin, Texas and Maui, Hawaii.
He started playing guitar at a young age and joined his father's band as a rhythm guitarist. He founded his own band, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, in the early 2000s and has collaborated with Neil Young and starred in A Star Is Born (2018).
He has released six studio albums and four EPs with his band, as well as two studio albums, a soundtrack album, and two live albums with Neil Young . He is known for his country rock style and his authentic and heartfelt songs that reflect his influences and experiences
