Morgan Wallen is one of the hottest stars in country music today. He has released three albums that have topped the charts and broken records, and has won several awards and accolades for his distinctive blend of country, pop, rock, and hip-hop. He has also collaborated with some of the biggest names in the industry, such as Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, and Young Thug.
Wallen was born on May 13, 1993, in Sneedville, Tennessee. He grew up in a musical family, singing in church and learning piano and violin as a child. He also played baseball and dreamed of becoming a professional athlete, but an injury in high school ended his hopes. He then turned his attention to music and moved to Nashville in 2014 to pursue a career as a singer-songwriter.
Wallen got his first taste of fame when he auditioned for the sixth season of The Voice in 2014. He impressed the judges with his powerful voice and charming personality, but was eliminated in the playoffs. He did not give up on his dream, however, and signed a deal with an independent label to release his debut EP, Stand Alone, in 2015.
In 2016, Wallen signed with Big Loud Records, a label founded by producer Joey Moi. He released his first single, "The Way I Talk", which showcased his southern drawl and catchy hooks. He also co-wrote songs for other artists, such as A Thousand Horses and Jason Aldean.
In 2018, Wallen released his debut album, If I Know Me, which featured the hit singles "Up Down" (featuring Florida Georgia Line), "Whiskey Glasses", and "Chasin' You". The album was a critical and commercial success, reaching No. 1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart and selling over two million copies in the US. It also earned him three nominations at the Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM) in 2020.
In 2021, Wallen released his second album, Dangerous: The Double Album, which consisted of 30 songs that spanned various genres and influences. The album was a smash hit, becoming the only country album in history to spend its first seven weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. It also spawned the singles "More Than My Hometown", "7 Summers", and "Wasted on You", which all reached the top 10 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.
In 2023, Wallen released his third album, One Thing at a Time, which featured 36 songs that further showcased his musical diversity and creativity. The album included collaborations with Eric Church on "Man Made a Bar", Hardy on "In the Bible", and Ernest on "Cowgirls". It also included interpolations of the Allman Brothers' "Midnight Rider" and Young Thug's "Lifestyle" on the tracks "Everything I Love" and "180 (Lifestyle)", respectively. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and stayed there for 12 consecutive weeks, breaking several records.
The single "Last Night" also peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, becoming Wallen's first song to do so.
Wallen is not only a talented musician but also a devoted father. He has a son named Indigo Wilder Wallen, who was born in July 2020. He is also a philanthropist who supports various causes and charities, such as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Habitat for Humanity.

He has been hailed as a modern-day legend by Rolling Stone magazine and recognized as the ACM's Artist-Songwriter of the Decade in 2022. He continues to tour across the country and around the world with his All-American Road Show tour. He is a true country soul who inspires millions with his music.
