Murray Pulver began his career as a member of the award winning bands Crash Test Dummies and Doc Walker. Doc Walker won Group of the Year from the Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) four times and garnered numerous number one videos, top five singles, and rave reviews. The Crash Test Dummies album “A Worm’s Life” achieved platinum certification less than one month after its release date, and from there Murray toured around the world with the band, playing shows with Alanis Morissette, No Doubt, and Ashley McIsaac, to name a few.
Besides being a multi-award-winning musician however, Murray has long been sought out for his talents as producer for his musical depth and renowned ability to highlight what’s best for each song. His accolades include: 2009 CCMA Producer of the Year; 2 WCMA’s for Producer of the Year; and Canadian Folk Producer of the Year. In 2013 Murray produced The Bros. Landreth’s critically acclaimed album “Let It Lie,” which won a Juno for Roots & Traditional Album of the Year. Murray has also completed projects for Sierra Noble, Don Amero, Sweet Alibi and Alana Levandoski.
