Hannah Grace – Crystal Clear Tour 2027

Welsh singer-songwriter Hannah Grace takes to the stage as part of her Crystal Clear Tour 2027, bringing her rich blend of soulful vocals, folk influences, and deeply personal songwriting to a live audience. Known for her expressive voice and honest emotion, Hannah connects with country and Americana listeners through songs that are warm, intimate, and rooted in classic singer-songwriter tradition.

Drawing inspiration from icons such as Joni Mitchell, Carole King, and Stevie Nicks, Hannah Grace’s music crosses genres gracefully, weaving elements of jazz, folk, and pop. Over the last decade, she has garnered over 60 million streams, gaining recognition far beyond her Welsh origins. Alongside her original songs, her distinctive cover of Fatboy Slim’s ‘Praise You’ has featured in major campaigns for Lloyds Bank and Lancôme, enhancing her profile internationally. Supported by BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio Wales, Hannah combines her jazz training with an instinctive ability to convey emotional depth, creating performances that resonate deeply with audiences.

Her recent release, the single Rest Of My Life, launched in March 2026, includes three tracks: the title song, “As You Are,” and “Future Self,” continuing to showcase her contemplative songwriting and compelling vocal delivery.

Hannah Grace shared with fans: “APRIL 2027 see you there?! beyond excited to be going ON TOUR again next year going back to my faves and playing my first ever shows in FAVERSHAM, SOUTHAMPTON, NARBERTH & NORTH DEVON.”
