Hannah Grace
Singer-Songwriter
Welsh singer-songwriter Hannah Grace brings together soulful vocals, folk influences and deeply personal songwriting, offering plenty to connect with for country and Americana listeners. Drawing inspiration from Joni Mitchell, Carole King and Stevie Nicks, she puts honest emotion and melody at the heart of her music. Her sound spans jazz, folk and pop, with an expressive voice that gives her songs warmth and intimacy.
Over the past decade, Hannah has amassed more than 60 million streams, introducing her music to audiences far beyond her Welsh roots. Her distinctive interpretation of Fatboy Slim’s ‘Praise You’ has featured in advertising campaigns for Lloyds Bank and Lancôme, including one starring Julia Roberts. Alongside that widely recognised recording, her own songwriting offers an introduction for listeners drawn to reflective lyrics and powerful vocal performances.
Hannah has shared stages with Hozier and Seal, and performed on the bill with Barbra Streisand at Hyde Park. Supported by BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio Wales, she combines the musical assurance of her jazz training with an instinct for communicating a song’s emotional core. An Honorary Associate of the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, where she studied jazz vocal performance, she is an appealing discovery for country fans whose tastes also take in soul, folk and the classic singer-songwriter tradition.
