Alan Finlan is a rising star in the UK country music scene, known for his unique blend of country and rock influences. Hailing from Hampshire, Alan’s passion for country music led to a rapid ascent within the genre, gaining significant recognition within just six months of his debut. His music is characterized by a strong library of songs that showcase his ability to merge storytelling with powerful musicality. Alan’s performances at key UK country festivals, including the main stage at Buckle and Boots in Manchester and headlining at the BCMA Fan Fest in Newark, have cemented his reputation as a compelling live artist.

In 2022, Alan achieved new heights in his career, performing across the country and headlining Country on the Coast in Portsmouth. His dedication to his craft has been recognized with nominations for ‘Horizon Act’ and ‘UK Male Vocalist of the Year’ at the British Country Music Association awards in 2019 and 2021, respectively. Alan’s collaboration with songwriter Stephen Manley has resulted in a creative partnership that produces songs, videos, and strategies that have garnered attention both in the UK and internationally.

Alan’s work with international artists has also been a hallmark of his music. His debut single “Whiskey Eyes,” released in November 2019, features Kentucky native Kinsey Rose and is based on a story from Alan’s time at university. The song received praise for its storytelling and strong musical beat. Another notable track, “Big Man Small Town,” was previewed in Nashville and lauded for its blend of '90s country sound with modern pop and rock elements. Alan continues to push the boundaries of his music, striving to make each song and show better than the last.
